Try it
Here is six months of a made-up household, Alex and Sam, as WalletWhisper shows it. Switch the view, and click a month to see where its money went.
How it works
Download your statements
Save the CSV files your bank’s website offers for checking and credit card accounts. Chase works today; more banks are planned.
Drop them on the page
The bank’s format is detected for you. Importing an overlapping statement again never creates duplicates.
See where it goes
A monthly overview, trends over time, and who spent what. Anything unclear lands in a short Review list to answer once.
Every dollar counted once
No double counting
Card payments and transfers between your own accounts are matched automatically and left out of spending. Try the checkbox above to see the difference.
Who spent what
Mark any transaction with a household member, select many rows at once, or set a default person for each account.
You decide what counts
Sort, filter and search transactions like a spreadsheet, and untick a house deposit or a big wire to leave it out of every chart.
Safe to experiment
Undo any import. A copy of your data is kept before every undo or reset, and you can download a backup file at any time.
Your financial data stays on your computer
- There is no WalletWhisper server. The website only delivers the app. Your statements are read inside your browser and never uploaded.
- Saved in your browser, on your computer. Other websites can’t read it, and it isn’t synced anywhere.
- The page can’t send your data anywhere. A security rule built into the page lets the browser contact only this site, plus your AI provider if you turn AI on.
- AI is optional and off unless you add your own key. A question sends only your words and the category names.
